Targum for II Samuel 22:39

וָאֲכַלֵּ֥ם וָאֶמְחָצֵ֖ם וְלֹ֣א יְקוּמ֑וּן וַֽיִּפְּל֖וּ תַּ֥חַת רַגְלָֽי׃

And I have consumed them, and smitten them through, that they cannot arise; Yea, they are fallen under my feet.

I will destroy them,¹⁰⁰ An assimilation to 2 Sam. 22:39 and they are unable to rise; and the slain have fallen under the soles of my feet.
